    Measure

    Search your address and fly over it. Trace each patch of grass on the satellite view and the area is worked out as you go. No address, or the imagery is out of date? Type the size instead.

    Each section becomes a 3D model of its real outline, lit from the angle its sun profile implies and thinned or yellowed to match the condition you recorded.

A renovation is a chain, not a list.

Seeding belongs the day after top dressing, whenever top dressing happens. So a project holds the gaps between its steps, not fixed dates. Move one and you are asked whether the rest should follow.

Steps you have already finished stay put. Start from a renovation, overseed or repair template, or write your own and save it for next year.
